About Us
Speedemissions, Inc objective is to become the leading vehicle emissions (& safety inspection where applicable) testing company in those states where emissions testing is mandated by the 1970 Clean Air Act.
Our only business is to conduct the vehicle emission/safety inspection tests for automobiles, vans, sport-utility-vehicles or pick-up trucks. We currently own and operate 38 vehicle emission/safety inspection testing stations, 14 in Atlanta, GA and 12 in Houston, TX and 8 in Salt Lake City and 4 in St. Louis.
The Company was founded for the sole purpose of developing its own vehicle emission testing stations and to make strategic acquisitions of selected competitors in markets identified for future growth. Initially, growth will be through these strategic acquisitions and the organic development of stores as we implement a proven store model for site selection and profitability.
We are a publicly held company head-quartered in Tyrone, GA. and are an OTC BB company with “SPMI“ as our symbol.
The key business elements of Speedemissions:
1. Sophisticated demographic site analysis for new station expansion in major markets throughout the United States.
2. Cluster stations within a specific geographic area so as to enhance market share and reduce operating expense.
3. A sales strategy that develops business, not relying on just the drive-in customer.
4. The integrity of the test is never compromised because we do not repair any vehicle that fails the test.

The Market
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a mandate that selected major urban areas of thirty-two states and the District of Columbia meet certain clean air standards by conducting vehicle emission tests representing 50% of the U.S. population. In 2003, approximately 87 million emission tests were conducted. In 2006, annual revenues were over $2 billion dollars.
The industry is highly fragmented. There is no company operating vehicle emission testing/safety inspections only on a national basis.

Executive Summary
Rich Parlontieri, President/CEO
Over thirty years of business experience, was recruited to build Speedemissions. Prior to Speedemissions, Inc. served as Chairman/CEO of ebank.com, Inc. a publicly held bank holding company founded by Mr. Parlontieri in 1997. The holding company operates the bank today as a traditional community bank. He was also co-founder and Director of Fayette Community Bancshares, a publicly held bank holding company traded on NASDAQ OTC, which was sold in late 1998, to Regions Financial, a bank holding company in Birmingham, AL.
